Ocak 17, 2020light + building fair
The world’s leading lighting and building services technology fair presents intelligent and networked solutions, future-oriented technologies and current design trends.
World Leader in Lighting and Building Services Technology
More than 2,700 exhibitors present their firsts to the world at the Light + Building in the Frankfurt Exhibition Center. Almost half of the more than 220,000 visitors come from outside Germany. Major visitor groups include architects, interior designers, designers, planners and engineers, artisans and women, and representatives from and from the retail and wholesale sectors.
Light + Building is a trade fair for innovation, covering all electrical building services systems; It aims to support the integrated planning of building services systems with a range of products that are unique in both width and depth. Light + Building, the world’s largest lighting and building services engineering fair, offers solutions to reduce the energy consumption of buildings and to increase the level of comfort within them. The show covers everything from LED and photovoltaic technology to electric vehicles, “smart”, “smart metering” and “smart grids” and ways to use electricity. By combining industry, lighting and networked building services, it can offer an integrated range of products and services that make a significant contribution to making full use of the energy-saving potential in buildings.
Light + Building product segments
Light + Building, the world’s only trade fair that combines architecture and technology, also offers key sectors for integrated building planning:
Light + Building represents the world’s largest stage for the lighting market. The total range of exhibitions includes design luminaires of various styles, technical luminaires and lamps for all forms and uses, as well as a wide range of technical lighting components and accessories, including outdoor and street lighting.
The show has all kinds of new and inspiring ideas about lighting, electrotechnology and home and building automation.
Electrotechnology
In general, the center, which targets integrated solutions, has an important place in electrical and electronic engineering building services technology with its cross-sectoral technologies. And only at Light + Building you will find the electrical and electronic solutions offered by other tradesmen, such as lighting and home and building automation. This unique combination makes it possible for the industry to offer an integrated range of products and services, making a significant contribution to making full use of the energy-saving potential in buildings.
Commercial visitors will find building system solutions and electrical installation products in Hall 12.0 and 12.1. Design-oriented electrical wiring components are also shown in Hall 11.1. Electrical installation and network technology will be seen in Hall 11.0. In addition, the home and building automation product segments are common to both Hall 11 + 12 and Hall 9.0 and 9.1. In addition, the focus on the two levels of Hall 9 is on electrical engineering. In 2020, Intersec Building, the international platform for building security technology in Hall 9.1, revolved around “connected security,, while 9.2 Young Competence deki in Hall 9.2 is the first port of call for visitors who are eager to learn. Lighting components, safety and emergency lighting, illuminators and lighting control systems are presented in Hall 8.
The integration of all technical disciplines means that building automation plays a vital role: the increased interconnection and digitization of electrical installations leads to an increase in the quality of life at home and at work. At Light + Building, the industry offers solutions and technologies not only for low energy consumption and modern safety requirements, but also for individual design opportunities and a high level of convenience.
Home and building automation
Because it combines all technical processes, the automation of buildings plays an important role in the overall picture: the increased network communication and digitalization of electrotechnical installations improves the quality of life, both at work and at home. At Light + Building, the industry offers individual solutions and high levels of comfort, as well as general solutions and technologies aimed at meeting the demands for both low energy consumption and modern safety systems.
The home and building automation product range is presented in Hall 9.1 with electrically controlled safety technology.
